Why haven't I received my Security Key Code in the mail?


When you first register with myTRICARE Secure, we ask that you allow ten days to receive your Security Key Code in the mail. After ten days, if you still have not received your Security Key Code:


 

North beneficiaries and providers call 1-877-myTRICARE (1-877-698-7422)

South beneficiaries and providers call 1-866-myTRICARE (1-866-698-7422)


To be sure we are sending your unique Security Key Code to the right person, we must verify the address with a claims address on file for you. If we do not have a claims address on file, we are unable to send the code through the mail. When you call, we will verify your identity and then e-mail you a form that requires your signature.

While it involves a few extra steps, this one-time process ensures your secure registration. We take this precaution to protect you against unauthorized use of your identity.
