I'm not happy with the way my doctor is treating me. Is there anything I can do?


If you have a complaint against a physician, you may file a written grievance. Grievances may include:

 

  •  Quality of care issues.
  •  Concerns about the availability or timeliness of services a doctor provides.
  •  A doctor's failure to obtain consent for treatment or service.
  •  Inappropriate behavior by a physician or staff member.
