TRICARE covers adjunctive dental care. Adjunctive dental care provides medically necessary treatment for a covered injury or disease.
If you are an active duty service member, you usually see military dentists for routine dental care. Your family members can enroll in the TRICARE Dental Program (TDP) through United Concordia for routine dental care.
If you are retired, you and your family members can join the TRICARE Retiree Dental Program (TRDP). Delta Dental administers the TDRP.
