Why does it take so long for claims and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) to load on my PC?


How long it takes for claims and EOBs to load depends on many things, such as:

  • the number of claims you have
  • your modem's speed
  • your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) capacity
  • the time of day


You will normally see your claims in 5 to 10 seconds. It will take a little longer to see your EOBs, but generally less than 30 seconds.
