Why do I receive JavaScript errors from my browser while using this site?


This site requires you to have JavaScript engine 1.1 or above, which should be included in your browser software. However, to make sure your browser runs JavaScript, please click here.

Please follow these steps to correct the JavaScript error:

1.  Open Internet Explorer

2.  Select the Tools menu in the top frame of the Internet Explorer window above your Back and Forward buttons

3.  Select Internet Options

4.  Select the Security tab

5.  Select the Custom Level button

6.  Scroll down to the ActiveX controls and plug-ins section

7.  Select the Enable circle for the following:

  • Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins
  • Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting

 

8. Scroll down to the Scripting section

9. Select the Enable circle for the following:

  • Active scripting
  • Allow paste operations via script
  • Scripting of Java applets

 

10. Select the OK button

11. Select the Advanced tab

12. Scroll to the Browsing section

13. Make sure the following box is checked:

  • Disable script debugging

 

14. Make sure the following box is not checked:

  • Display a notification about every script error

 

15. Select the OK button



If you are still receiving a JavaScript error, we recommend that you update your favorite browser. Updates are often available even when a new browser version is not.
