In myTRICARE Secure, whenever I select one claim and print it out, I cannot get back to the previous screen to select the next claim.
If you are on the TRICARE Explanation of Benefits screen, try this:
After printing a selected claim, don't use your back button on the browser or right-click back on your mouse to try to go back to the previous screen. Instead, close the window by clicking the little x in the top right corner. Then scroll down to the link "Review another claim from the list" and select another claim. (NOTE: Use the little x to close the window only in the TEOB screen. If you use this method from the claims detail or claim summary screen, it will close myTRICARE Secure, and you will have to go through the sign in process to get back in.)
