What do I do if I can't view remits or explanation of benefits?


 

If you have Internet Explorer 6.0 and Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 and you can view the remit link, but the remit doesn't display, please follow these steps to change the Internet Explorer setting:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Select Tools located in the top frame of the Internet Explorer window above your Back and Forward buttons

3. Select Internet Options

4. Select the Advanced tab

5. Scroll down to the Security section

6. Make sure the following box is not checked:

  • Do not save encrypted pages to disk

7. Select the OK button
