At myTRICARE, we use popup windows to give you fast, easy self-service features. To use these features, you must first disable your popup blocker for our Web site.
Rest assured we use popup windows only to bring you the best possible customer service on the Web. You will not see popup advertisements on myTRICARE.
Tip: You can bypass some Ad Blockers by pressing and holding down the CTRL key while you click on the Sign In button. This should bypass most pop-up blockers.
We recognize that most users have popup blockers to prevent intrusive ads that may contain spyware. Instead of disabling your popup blocker entirely, you can set it to allow popup windows on sites that you trust.

Note: If you use Internet Explorer with a Windows XP operating system, you may not realize that the Service Pack 2 upgrade for XP installed a popup blocker in your browser. If you are suddenly unable to get the sign in box but never had trouble before, it is probably because you now have the popup blocker.
Toolbar Popup Blockers
Some toolbars contain pop-up blocking functionality. You may not even know that you have pop-up blockers installed on your computer. The following toolbars all have popup blockers:

Also, programs that provide firewalls (such as "Norton Internet Security") have pop-up blocking functionality.
Earthlink
If you use Earthlink, please follow these steps to resolve popup blocker issues:
1. Log into your Earthlink account
2. Minimize your Earthlink window
3. Select the Start menu in the bottom left corner of your computer screen
4. Select Programs
5. Select Internet Explorer
6. Select the Earthlink POP-UP BLOCKER button located in your Internet Explorer browser window
7. Select Settings
8. Click a blank line in the white space under the "Always allow pop-ups from the following sites/domains:" section
9. Type .mytricare.com in this blank field
Note: Please make sure that you type the dot or "." before mytricare.com. You will continue to experience issues if you do not include the dot.
10. Select the OK button
11. Close all Internet Explorer windows
12. Restart Internet Explorer by again clicking Start
13. Select Programs
14. Select Internet Explorer
15. Go to http://www.myTRICARE.com to sign in
