I am having trouble signing in to myTRICARE Secure. After I enter my user name and password, a yellow page with an exclamation point appears. What is the problem?


It sounds like you need to disable the blocker in your Norton Anti-Virus software. Just follow these steps:

1. Double-click on your Symantec (Norton) desktop Internet Security or Personal Firewall application.
2. Click "Options."
3. Click "Internet Security" (or "Personal Firewall"). Skip this step if you are using Symantec "Desktop Firewall."
4. Click "Advanced Options."
5. Click the "Web" tab.
6. Select "Defaults" in the left pane.
7. Click the "Active Content" tab in the right pane.
8. Expand the pull-down menu for "Script" and change it to "Allow all scripts to execute."
9. Click "Apply."
10. Click "OK."
11. Click "OK" again to close the "Advanced Options" window.
