How can I tell if PGBA received the electronic claims I sent?
Here's how you can tell if we received your claims:

If you use XPressClaim, you'll receive immediate online confirmation with instant claim status results.

If you use a clearinghouse or vendor, they will send a claim receipt report to you. They may assign a mailbox to you for this purpose. Please contact your clearinghouse or vendor to find out how to receive your report.

If you use the Data Interchange (EDI) Gateway, then an EDI transmission report is available the day after for claims sent before 2 p.m. EST. In some cases, an EDI transmission report may be available within an hour, depending on the file size and user volume. Please allow 24 hours before contacting the Technology Support Center if response reports are unavailable.
