TRICARE is a complex program, and we are here to help you understand it. PGBA, LLC employees work together to make TRICARE as hassle-free as possible.
With extensive training and teamwork, our employees focus on meeting all quantitative and qualitative standards for claims processing. These standards include:
- Timeliness
- Claims inventory levels
- Claims control
- Claims settlement
- Claims processing accuracy
We divide claims among Processing Operations with Dedicated Service teams (PODS). Each team has associates who process and resolve claims along with associates who respond to letters, phone calls and e-mails.
We are becoming a customer-driven service organization with our dedicated team concept. With our concept, teams are able to:
- Maintain both the quality and timeliness of our claims processing and support services
- Take ownership of the claims and accept total responsibility for processing — from data entry to final quality control
- Build their knowledge and skills along the way by learning about the entire processing of the claim
