Become a Non-Network Provider


To become a TRICARE Non-network Provider in the North or South Region:

  1. Go to   North Provider Certification Forms or South Provider Certification Forms
  2. Select appropriate certification package (i.e. Individual, Group, Institutional, or Supplier)

Please note: If you simply file a TRICARE claim, PGBA will initiate your certification process.

A national provider directory is maintained by TRICARE Management Activity (TMA). This directory includes non-network providers.
